Shawna Cason is a Senior Operational CX Designer and transformative justice-centered entrepreneur with proven forward-thinking models of inclusive leadership, trauma-informed facilitation, and experience design.

She has a multi-faceted identity, rooted in the experience of being a white assuming multiculturally mixed-race Black feminist raised within the United States.

Her professional and personal purposes are focused on serving humanity through deconstructing systems of supremacy while ushering in an era of multicultural capital-egalitarianism. She is passionate about bridging the gaps between human relationships, spirituality, digital technology, and nature.

Shawna cofounded Earth Speak Media, a bootstrapped
co-creative venture launched in 2019 with business partner Natalie Ross. Earth Speak serves as a pivotal digital community honoring Earth-based spirituality for connection, belonging, and renewal.

Her ethnic makeup spans across 11 regions and is primarily comprised of roots from West Africa, Germanic Scandinavia, Europe, and Indigenous North America. She is a multi-lineage descendant of former enslaved African ancestors.

Recent advocacy efforts led to the foundation of the McNary Estate where she serves on the board as family admin, working to reclaim stolen ancestral land in hopes to secure valuable resources for generations to come.

Shawna will be launching the Blooming Liberation, an investigative podcast exploring the multi-dimensionality of identity, set to educate listeners on critical race theory, emergent movements, and somatic & ancestral healing practices.

She is a practitioner of ancestral healing, yoga, mindfulness, and herbalism. Her free time is enjoyed with floral design, swimming in the ocean, snuggling her two cats, and learning folkloric music.
